    Walking from Windsor Castle down the Long Walk is well worth while. Once you enter the Great Park, you can most days see the deer walking about, there is also other wildlife and birds. Windsor Great Park has numerous stories to tell involving the current Royal Family, and has hosted many Royal celebrations over the years – most recently on The Long Walk inwhen HM the Queen lit the first beacon to mark the recent 70th Anniversary of the VE Day celebrations.
